Each and EVERY ORDER is delivered so fast I am always surprised it gets here so soon. One time I called customer service to ask a question about my order and they not only knew the answers without having to put me on hold to "check with my supervisor," they answered me immediately AND they even looked up any upcoming or recent sales to see if they could save me any more money on my order. It was awesome! I ended up getting my order changed to include a free item included in a new ad starting the next day. I was told I would have got it anyway since my order was shipping the day it was offered. That's nice to know and overall X10 has been awesome to buy from. I really like the products, the X10 website has all the info on everything there, the staff know all the answers and are more than helpful and with so many deals and packages to choose from they always know the best one for your needs. I trust X10 to give me the best deals and to sell me just what I need, not a package of stuff I won't use some of. Some companies make you buy a whole package just to get one of the parts you want knowing the other stuff is useless to you. Not at X10! They let you build your own packages if that's what you need!
